Here’s how it works —

Start by getting in touch with me through the project inquiry form.
I’ll send you a link to book a no-obligation Clarity Conversation to chat in detail about your website.
Your project can be secured on my calendar with the payment + signed contract.
We’ll then kick things off with your Alignment Session.
02.
Next, you’ll receive a custom content framework based on the strategy we outlined in your Alignment Session.
You’ll have time to prep your messaging and gather all images and brand assets (if using your current branding).
Once I receive all final content, I can begin building your website.
03.
You’ll see your new site as soon as it’s ready for review and have two rounds of refinements to make sure it feels good.
Once approved, I’ll train you on using your new website and transfer ownership to you.
From the time I begin building your website until launch is typically one moon cycle (~1 month).

Just to clarify: core pages are the main content that makes up your site, such as your Homepage, About, Services/Sales page, Contact, and Blog. Other less content-intensive pages, like your Terms and Conditions, 404, etc. are included and don’t count towards the core page count.
If you do need extra pages, I’m happy to create these for you—the cost depends on the complexity of the page, which we can chat about in your Clarity Conversation. Also keep in mind that once the website is handed over to you, you’ll be able to easily create additional pages yourself, which is the beauty of Squarespace ☻

If you decide to add the Essential Brand Kit—either because you don’t have a full brand identity (colors, fonts, logos) or you’re ready for a brand upgrade, you’ll receive the following…
• A simple, professional type-based logo design, in various formats including a favicon. (Upgrade to an illustrative logo design for +$600)
• Color palette with five colors
• Curated brand typeface selection with header + paragraph fonts
• Visual brand identity reference PDF
• The Brand Discovery Guide—a step-by-step, fill-in-the-blank brand strategy template
• Plus, a brand strategy review + consultation with Anika (a $350 value)
Investment: $1500 USD
On its own, the investment for the Essential Brand Kit is $2000, but when booked with a Feel-Good Website, the investment is only $1500 (saving you $500).

If you want to use your own branding for your website, I’ll need your fonts, color palette (with hex codes), and high-quality logo/s (ideally in vector format—i.e. SVG, AI or EPS), plus any other brand elements you want to use (illustrations, icons, etc.)

Each deliverable (i.e. the website, the Essential Brand Kit) includes two rounds of refinements. Additional rounds can be added for a fee if needed, however, I have yet to have a project require more than two ☻

Yep! You have the option to divide the investment into 2–4 payments. There’s a 5% surcharge and the total investment must be received in-full before you’ll receive the deliverables.

You’ll be responsible for the cost of your domain name and a Squarespace subscription. You can find current pricing for Squarespace here. For the Essential Brand Kit, there may be an additional cost for font licenses.

Currently, yes—Squarespace is my platform of choice because of its ease of use, high level of quality, security, and my expertise with the platform.
My goal is to empower my clients to feel confident editing and maintaining their website on their own, so that they don’t have to hire a professional for every edit; Squarespace enables me to do that. However, if you feel strongly about another platform, get in touch and we can chat about it further.

I recommend getting in touch as soon as possible because the timing depends upon my current availability. Having extra lead-time also gives you the spaciousness to complete your copy (website text) and gather all of your content and brand assets without stress. Once I have all of this in-hand, I can begin work on your website. This process typically takes one moon cycle (approx. one month)—from receiving the final content to launching your new website.
Keep in mind that because this project is driven by our collaboration, turnaround time depends upon your availability and response time as well.
